Divorce

Are you struggling through a difficult divorce or trying to proactively find ways to make the best out of a difficult situation?
Did you know that women initiate divorce more than men? They tend to do this because women are more in tune with the nature of the marital relationship. Further, those initiating divorce have been contemplating it for 3 to 5 years prior to the filing date. If you're struggling through a difficult divorce, you need to prioritize your needs and analyze “needs” versus “wants”. The best divorce is a quick divorce and mediation is always your first and best solution. At times, one party will use the court system to abuse, harass and destabilize the other party. If children are involved, a quick, non-volatile divorce with a stable parenting plan will ensure that your children will experience the least amount of emotional turmoil. On the contrary, longer sustained divorces will result in behavioral issues in boys and school-related issues (i.e bad grades) in girls.
